How to Request a Refund?

Refunds are typically considered when:

  • A paid feature did not work as described.

  • A verified technical issue prevented use.

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

Request a refund

  1. Review the refund policy.

  2. Select Request a Refund.

  3. Provide:

    • Order details or transaction ID

    • A clear explanation of the issue

    • Screenshots or other documents (if available)

  4. Submit for review.

Response time

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3–5 business days.
